Mike & Liz Scofield, and family
Chef Mike and his family are the driving force behind Chef Mike's Catering. With over two decades of experience as the head banquet chef at a Brainerd Lakes Area resort, Mike wanted to bring his talents to a new market in the area. He realizes that food is the root of gathering and loves to help bring people together by catering their events.
Mike loves all things outdoors, in the summer you can find him on a lake fishing or in the woods hunting. He also loves cheering his kids on in their activities all year long. He has a passion for curating new recipes and ideas and loves grilling and smoking meats. Our family thanks you for letting us be a part of your family's events!
For the past five years, Chef Mike has enjoyed teaching his five children the ins and outs of the kitchen.

Madeline Johnson | Event Coordinator
Hi! I am Madeline, the Event Coordinator at Chef Mike's Catering. I started my journey in the wedding and events industry five years ago, and have loved every moment of it!
I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter, snuggling up with a good book on a rainy day and traveling to beautiful places. Hosting is my passion, as I am a firm believer that life is worth celebrating - I will find any excuse to throw a dinner party or themed evening.
I can't wait to work with you as we explore your food dreams and turn them into reality as you plan your wedding, dinner party or special event!
